Proof of work beats resume noise

A resume tells people what you claim. A proof-of-work profile shows what you've actually built. Document real jobsite work, in your own words, and let the proof speak — you control what gets published.

What stays under your control

  • You control what gets published — nothing goes public without your choice.
  • Your private contact details stay private until you approve sharing.
  • Contact sharing requires worker approval.
  • Credentials are worker-provided unless otherwise stated.
  • You can update or take down your public Passport at any time.

How contractors use public-safe proof

  • Contractors find workers by public-safe proof, travel readiness, credentials, safety readiness, availability, and fit.
  • A contractor sends a contact request; you decide whether to approve it.
  • Contractor makes the final hiring decision.
  • IronGrunt does not supply labor directly and does not share your contact details without your approval.
