What you can add to your Passport
Everything below is worker-provided and public-safe. Credentials are listed by you and not verified by IronGrunt.

Rack & fiber
Rack and cabinet build-out, fiber pulls, labeling, and cable management.
Mechanical rooms
Mechanical-room work, chillers, air-handling units, and piping support.
Controls & BMS
Controls panels, BMS work, sensors, and troubleshooting documentation.
Commissioning support
Startup, testing, punch-list, and QA/QC documentation support.
Welding & pipe runs
Welding and pipe-run work where applicable, listed by you.
What stays under your control

- Your private contact details stay private until you approve sharing.
- Contact sharing requires worker approval.
- Credentials are worker-provided unless otherwise stated.
- You can update or take down your public Passport at any time.
How contractors use public-safe proof
- Contractors find workers by public-safe proof, travel readiness, credentials, safety readiness, availability, and fit.
- A contractor sends a contact request; you decide whether to approve it.
- Contractor makes the final hiring decision.
- IronGrunt does not supply labor directly and does not share your contact details without your approval.

- This does not verify credentials. Credentials and certifications are worker-provided.
- Employers remain responsible for credential, site-access, safety, and compliance verification.
- IronGrunt is not a staffing agency, payroll platform, employer-of-record, background-check provider, or drug-test provider.
- No hiring outcome is guaranteed, and IronGrunt does not promise jobs, pay, availability, or placement.
