IronGrunt is a worker-owned proof-of-work network for skilled trades. Whether you're a worker building a free Passport or a contractor finding workers by proof, here's how to get help.

Common questions

• Build your Passport. Sign in and go to your dashboard to add your work proof, credentials, availability, and travel readiness. You choose what is public.
• Add proof of work. Add public-safe work examples and photos. On a phone you can take or choose a photo, then review it before saving — nothing uploads automatically.
• Share your Passport. Share your public Passport link from the Passport screen.
• Contact stays in your control. Contractors can request contact, but contact sharing requires your approval — no contact details are shared without it.
• Credentials are worker-provided. IronGrunt does not verify credentials; employers remain responsible for credential, site-access, safety, and compliance verification.
